Pedal Commander does not leave any traces on your vehicle.When you take your vehicle to your manufacturer for any reason or when you want to sell it, you can just disconnect the Pedal Commander, and it will be like it was never there!

We don't recommend doing that.To avoid any complications,you must stop and take your feet off the gas pedal when changing modes.

The (-) and (+) buttons on the Pedal Commander device are used to adjust the sensitivity of the throttle response within the selected mode. The (-) button reduces the sensitivity, while the (+) button increases it.

Pedal Commander has four different modes that adjust the sensitivity and response of the throttle. These modes include:

  • ECO MODE:This mode reduces throttle response to save fuel and promote better fuel efficiency. It is ideal for normal driving situations where you do not require much acceleration.
  • CITY MODE:This mode is somewhere between Eco and Sport modes. As it gets rid of acceleration lag that's caused by throttle lag, It is ideal for city driving, where you need to accelerate and decelerate often. Many of our customers say that city mode allows the vehicle to accelerate as it should have from the factory. It gives you the response of an "old school" throttle cable with a 1:1 pedal-to-throttle acceleration ratio.
  • SPORT MODE:This mode increases the throttle response to provide a more responsive and engaging driving experience. It is ideal for sporty driving and situations where you require more acceleration.
  • SPORT+ MODE:This mode provides the most aggressive throttle response and is ideal for high-performance driving situations. It provides maximum throttle response for the most performance-oriented driving experience. It's suitable for racing or high-performance driving. This mode is not recommended for daily driving situations.

Each mode has a different signal strength that adjusts the throttle response of your vehicle. You can switch between modes at any time to match your driving conditions and preferences, allowing you to customize your driving experience to suit your needs.

Pedal Commander orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST (excluding some holidays).Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method you choose during checkout.Check your email for tracking information.

We do have international shipping available on our website.Depending on the Duties and Taxes Law for the selected country,custom fees may apply. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees upon delivery of the package.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Once an order is forwarded to shipping, we will not be able to correct the address to which it is delivered.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please read the following options which can be taken to resolve the issue.

  1. Contact the post office:If the package is being delivered to the same town, but the street or house number is incorrect, you should be able to contact your local carrier and request a local pick-up. This will prevent the package from being delivered to the wrong shipping address that was entered.
  2. Wait for the package to be returned to us:The package may be refused by the resident at the current address or delivered by the carrier. In these instances, the package will then be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to ask for the next step.
  3. Contact the reception desk:If the address the package was shipped to has a reception desk, you can contact them to see if they have received your package. Tell them to keep an eye out for your package and return to the sender or keep it there for you to pick up.

We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to return your Pedal Commander Throttle Response Controller for whatever reason, we offer returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method and there is also a $12 processing fee that will be deducted from your original purchase price, to allow us to inspect the PC Unit for resale and replenish what was used in the kit.

If you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

If you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

We allow the exchange of a purchased Pedal Commander Unit within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@pedalcommander.ca to receive exchange instructions. Once the exchange request has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if the request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5-7 business days after the submitted form.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of checkout.

Due to the shipping label being purchased from the shipping facilities and the package being delivered to the customer, the original shipping will not be refunded.

Each Pedal Commander purchase comes with a 2-year product warranty as long as you can provide a copy of your receipt and purchase it through an authorized seller. This warranty is not transferable if you sell the unit or if you purchase it used.
