Shipping policy

Pedal Commander orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (excluding some holidays).

Handling Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days. Orders received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST may be shipped the following business day.
• Priority Express Shipping: 1-3 business day. Orders received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST may be shipped the following business day.

International Shipping Policy

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• All orders received before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST may be shipped the following business day.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes - Pedal Commander is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customers or customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
