Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

What is the Return Policy?

We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to return your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method (there is a $12 processing fee).

• When returning the Pedal Commander, the shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option with a tracking number to ensure your return makes it back to us.
• If the returned product is damaged, you may qualify for a partial refund. We will assess the conditions once we receive the product back and will notify you in case the return does not qualify for a full refund.
• If the Pedal Commander is not returned in its original condition, an additional Restocking Fee will be kept for the original purchase price.

Suppose you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason. In that case, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander Unit (no charge).

How do I return?

• Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with our shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

• Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Units in their original condition with no damage to the cables or unit itself.
• In the original Pedal Commander packaging with serial numbers uncovered.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

What is the Exchange Policy?

We allow the exchange of purchased Pedal Commander Units within 30-days of the purchase. Please contact customerservice@pedalcommander.ca to receive exchange instructions. Once the exchange request has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.

What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if the request was approved or rejected. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase. 

Will the original shipping be refunded?

Due to the shipping label being purchased from the shipping facilities and the package being delivered to the customer, the original shipping will not be refunded.

Pedal Commander Warranty

Each Pedal Commander purchase comes with a 2-year product warranty with proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the Pedal Commander Units purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. Vitalen Auto Performance Inc. will repair the defective unit at no charge. In the event that our technicians determine that the unit is not repairable, the product will be replaced (the defective product will be replaced with a new Pedal Commander Unit in the first 30-days as of the date of purchase). 

If the Pedal Commander is purchased as a gift, please provide proof of purchase to qualify under the 2-year warranty.

**Please note that the 2-year warranty is not transferable and is voided if you sell the unit or if you purchase it from a third party and/or an unauthorized reseller. The warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, negligence, abuse, repairs, or alterations by anyone outside the Manufacturer.

***All Pedal Commanders will need to be shipped to our United States Warehouse for our technicians to run the diagnostic check and inspect the units. Due to being an International Customer, it will be your responsibility to ship the Pedal Commander to us in the US. Please email us a customerservice@pedalcommander.ca
